​​Hardwick can be set up as a twin room (2 single beds) or a double. There is a bureau, chair, 2 large wardrobes and a stone window seat. The ensuite bathroom has a modern "shower bath" (a bath with a full sized shower end), a washbasin, toilet and a large heated towel rail.  This bedroom forms part of the house built in the 1620's along with Arkwright, the guest lounge and the entrance hall. ​
